These are excellent questions. But they have answers in the  tweeter company.
Here are excerpts from the terms of the company.
Tweet using the #savedroidICO hashtag (max 1 tweet/day) and report each tweet with this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdnCPMOlc-8U9mXOp85E5e_sXSQ2DZ9Pkl5St5BH4pj7dSq7w/viewform;

This says that every day you need to give a report in the form of your tweets.
1 tweet a day and immediately write it in the form.

For the Medium report, there is no form. We just need to register in the Medium program and do the claps. The administrator himself checks the work performed.
