Hello,

Some SVD funds have disappeared from my balance - and SVD support ignores the problem.

I am writing this post to warn people of the possibility of loosing their funds if this ICO is a scam. At this moment, the ICO is still ongoing.

I have made two separate payments at the start day of the ICO, 5000 SVD + 4000 SVD

They had some problems with the inserting of the TX confirmation number in their JS code - dev tools console showed broken JS code

2 days after my payment my balance was credited with 9000 SVD confirmed, and the ledger showed correctly 2 separate payments.
Today my balance shows only 5000 SVD and the payment of 4000 SVD is missing alltogether on my ledger in the SVD ICO account. It is not like pending, nor confirmed nor failed. It is just missing as it never existed.

Contacting SVD support on their telegram channel (Guiller Jay and then Marine), I have send the etherscan link for confirmation of the payment. Their support admits there is a problem and then ignores me.

What really sounds the alarm for me is the admin talking some nonsense about their "ether account beeing clogged"

At this point SVD team on instagram ignores me and takes no action about my problem of the disappeared funds from my account.

I sincerely hope this ICO is not a scam, and for all of you thinking about investing in this ICO I urge you to be vigilant!

Another person from telegram support has replied and reactivated one of my payments, allowing me to reinsert eth tx confirmation.
It looks that possibly I will get my lost SVD in my balance
That was done, only after i was called a fraud for probably inserting the wrong tx key.

However that does not explain why the payment disappeared from the ledger. It could have been marked - failed for example.

So, while this incident is probably - I hope an isolated case, and probably not a scam, I take notice that there are some procedures or bugs in their ICO procedure code that they are not willing to admit. And this does not give me confidence in savedroid team and Savedroid future
