yesterday I want to withdraw my bitcoins but I didnt receive yet. I send mail about delay but they didnt retext me. Is there anyone has withdraw problem with hitbtc.

I still have an Eth withdrawal outstanding but they put up a message and said that Eth and some erc20 tokens are stuck and they will fix within the next 24 hours. I know Bitcoin is also congested lately and many transactions are stuck in the blockchain so better to be patient. They are a big exchange and I doubt they will just scam everyone and leave because they make far too much money from the trading and withdraw fees. Their withdrawal fees are very very high though, that I can agree on is a bit dodgy.

I also had a delayed transaction when wd bitcoin, went into the wallet about 3 days
All you can do is to inform technical support and be patient
|

It is only delay from the blockchain it will reach you within 72 hrs. I had same problem of delay withdrawal and I later got it after 72hrs. The high fee and delay in transaction is the major issue with bitcoin now.

on the afternoon of yesterday I also tried to withdraw funds in HitBtc but could not because there was interference in the Ethereum network. but it seems now to be normal to make a withdrawal.

They do have still issues even nowadays and its just occasionally being experienced by some member or traders who do use up the site.Some people experiencing delays on withdrawals even on depositing.In my side I haven't experienced any problems and hours delays wont really worried me too much.Just give them some time, they will credit it up either the network is slow or just do have site problems on processing but most of the time they do pay.Have you contact out their support yet? |

it might happen once in a while. if you have some delays, probably is because they are processing many transactions. if it doesn't solve in a day or two, contact them

They can't addressed properly the issue on their own support portal even the minor ones so obviously don't expect them to give a good response here in the community or any other platform even how many times we asked it to them. That's how HitBTC deal with their customers involved on a minor/major problem since their inception. |

HitBTC doesn't care about people's complaints. I don't think they ever have cared about people's complaints with how this exchange has been very problematic for years now. They know that their exchange offers a 'unique' list of trash coins noobs always want to come back for. They benefit from other exchanges delisting a lot of coins, while HitBTC still offers a wide range of trash coins. It's the user demand that keeps this exchange up and running, and that's directly the main problem. The sooner people stop caring about trash coins the sooner we'll get rid of exchanges like HitBTC. |

I started searching about this, contacted the support center and it was their problem but it was fine in the end. just saying to contact the support center if you have delays, they helped me at least |

HitBTC is known to create difficulties for withdrawals. In addition to charging a very high fee for withdrawals. You must be patient and always try to solve all problems regarding KYC and possible balance need to pay the fees.

I have the same experience with you, but not with Bitcoin and it is a deposit, not withdrawal. And believe me their support service is extremely slow. It is like 4 days before the support actually give the first reply to my complaint ticket, and then they need more than 3 days to actually solve the problem.
