I transferred some of my Bitcoin to a wallet on Blockchain.info (blockchainbdgpzk.onion). The transaction is complete and confirmed. It shows that my bitcoin is in the wallet but when I try and click send the "To" text box where you enter the address to send the bitcoin never appears. It just shows 3 little boxes that fade in and out like they are trying to load the text box.

Any idea what's going on? The text box to enter the address to send my bitcoin never appears. I can wait for 5 minutes and it never comes up. My bitcoin is now stuck in this wallet and I cannot do anything with it. I have tried multiple times throughout the day for the last few weeks and same result every time. I sent a message to Blockchain.info support but have had no response.

I tried to send Ether and Bitcoin cash and the "To" text box appears immediately but I do not have any Ether or Bitcoin Cash in my wallets.

I appreciate any help you can give.

Seems to me that there is something wrong with the way content is displayed on your browser.

Try reinstalling ( in this case ) Tor browser maybe?
Maybe also enable things such as JavaScript, as that could also be the reason why some things aren't displayed properly.

Thank you for your response. I thought the same thing but when I try to send using Ether or Bitcoin Cash the "To" text box appears immediately. Java is enabled.

I will try reinstalling the browser to see if that works. I appreciate the help!

After reinstalling if you still having the same issue then the best option is you write to blockchain support team with you all the necessary proof to avoid wasting time in exchanging few emails. Long back I had some issues with my blockchain wallet, and for my issue, they replied quite fast but now not sure how long they may take because they also may be receiving a lot of tickets due to more people started using these wallets.

I'm assuming you re talking about the online wallet and not the phone application.
Anyway as suggested from others try using a different browser

Or try using the phone application.

Sometime these kind of problems can occur with the browsers so you can access you accounts on google chrome which works best for me and I never faced any issue like you said.Don't use mobile applications for transactions because I have faced some issues when I try to send bitcoins to an address it send bitcoins to my wallet itself but charged transaction fee.So always use browser for making bitcoin transaction but you need to authorize you computer by clicking link in your email.

You have used the blockchain wallet access with connecting the VPN in your browser. You will not able to access your blockchain from your desktop with connecting the VPN. As far as I have used blockchain I have tried and saying this.
Just check and tell me whether it is working or not.
Still you find the issue try to clear the cache and cookies you will be able to access you wallet transaction page.
