I was planning to build my first rig but i'm stuck on which gpu's i am going to buy. Can anyone suggest? Thanks alot!

I would have chosen 1070, because I believe that they are more versatile. There is the motherboards, which easily pull these graphics cards. The main thing is to distribute the power and to choose the power supply.

8x1070 is easier to get working, requires fewer risers, and is less cards to troubleshoot.

570 might be a bit more profitable though

Whatever you can get your hands one! Amd or Nvidia - both great cards. But Nvidia can mine more algos more profitable.

Holly cow you have a lot of money.
I only have 4   GTX 1060 cards
