I purchased it on binance, go check out their page at coinmarketcap to see what exchanges they are trading on and hopefully for you you already have an account with one of them. If not I would choose binance, it's a really nice exchange.

Tron can be purchased in couple of places such as Binance, Gate.io and Yobit, personally I use Binance and Yobit, as you can get ridd of them quick if you had to. While Mercatox is kinda slow.
