i think there are 2 options for enhanced verification in cryptopia. one is google authenticate and the other is a pin for the account that you desired. So, i suggest you to use the easiest out of those two. usually many uses google authenticate, but in my case i use pin. coz it is easy to type rather than waiting for a number that gives through an app.  Cool
but it is totally up to you mate. but i recommend to use one out of them before starting deposits.

I also use PIN but would prefer to use 2FA with Google Authenticator however it doesn't give me that option. Does anyone know if you remove the 2FA you can re add with Google Authenticator?

I cannot see Google Autohenticator option in Security part. Might I remove pin number first? (for Login)

Yep, it is not what we usually call a 2FA is more of a second password but it is nice because gives a hacker more work.

No need for any verification but I would advise you to have 2FA enabled for your own security.
did you mean Pin Number?

Yes, that is 2FA, two factor authentication, in this exchange instead of a google number generator, it uses a password. So, for example, let´s say you are using the same password for you gmail account. Someone hacks the google servers and sells all combinations of user/passwords on the dark web.

Then some dude out there starts trying users / passwords in cryptopia and bingo! Your mail/pass are the same and he cleans your whole account. If you have a PIN, you have at least a second line of defense.

I like Cryptopia. Very easy to use, plus the 5,000 NZD limit per day is already good for me as I don't trade that much anyhow.
Always enable 2FA. Withdrawals and Deposits are fast as well.
So far, I have not had any issue with Cryptopia.

criptopia is very easy to use. you can use 2fa authentication or PIN. I think using pin is suitable because the pin only you know it. you can use 2fa too, but give the second choice to use the pin. it just for keep your information from other who wants to hack your account

I do not advise this exchange. Cryptopia did not allow me to sell my LUX coin at a good price of $ 14 because of some kind of malfunction.
Now the coin price is $ 4 and I do not like it. Cryptopia can fail you, too.

2fa as a minimun!!! this can still not prevent all attacks. looking into universal two factor authentication!
