changelly is scam and fraud

these bastards scammed me big time I should get around 5.2 litecoin for 0.1bitcoin not 3.6 exchange rate 21 December was 0.0192 LTC/BTC so 1 bitcoin 52 litecoin since I sent 0.1 bitcoin I needed 5.2 litecoin. these bastards even close your email ticket automaticly without answering happened several times this is what I get:

-Detailed description of the problem

I would recommend you to use proper format for reporting a scam accusation as mentoned like here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

As far as I know Changelly^[1] already has multiple scams that are still unsolved. I don't understand why many people still use them besides using Shapeshift and other notable services.
