Yes you can do.

Go to cryptopia  : https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Balances

Then type Voise in search box , you can see the VOISE in list.

Generate Deposit Address for you.

Then use that address in Coinexchange to send the coins from there.

After sometime ( as per confirmation rule ) your VOISE coins will appear in Cryptopia.

..so in general all tokens that are purchased at the markets are transferable right?..one doesnt need to send at a ETH wallet like mew first

When your both ends ( both sites ) are supporting same Token. That means both implemented Token system in there platform. If u have doubt .. Don't send full token in one block. Just try to test with few and see if it appears then send all.

As per my experience both sides are accepting VOISE so they are having market for it.

Also when transferring not from a stock exchange, but a purse there should be a little ETH to pay for the gas for a transaction on the wallet
