Today is the release of the coin, if possible we'll solve the pool for today, if not it will come in a day or two! In the worst case you can solo mine for a couple of days preparing for the pool!

Can confirm the blockchain is working and blocks are being mined right now.

For all those wondering how to start mining:
1. Download/Install the wallet for your operating system.
2. Run wallet, let it synchronize with the blockchain.
3. Go to "Help" -> "Debug window" -> Select the command line page and enter "setgenerate true #CPUCORES". Replace #CPUCORES with either -1 (max) or your desired number of cores to use.

Your wallet should now be using a high percentage of your CPU and mining is running in the background.

Ok I downloaded the wallet after I saw the notice in telegram. However, a few things:

how to mine? I have never solo mined before, I tried following a guide but my miner always gets to right where it would normally begin work, then says "SOCKET ERROR CONNECT ERROR no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

Any advice?

Also, any time I close the wallet and re-open it, I get an error that the blockchain is corrupted and it prompts me to redownload it (fine now, because it takes a couple minutes or less, but will be a problem later on if this continues and the blockchain gets huge...)

Go to %appdata% delete everything from the vdinar folder except the wallet.dat/wallet.bin then start again
