I didn't find this details in whitepaper. Maybe Vestarin team don't think that they can't collected soft cap. But all unsold tokens will be burned! |

Exchangers are not interested in partnerships, before you have any capitalization, because before sales will started, not even 1 token can be sold yet right? So there is nothing to talk about yet, and after tokens will be sold, the bigger cap will be reached, the more serious exchangers will take a token to their lists. We will take care of it after sales will go live, and some tokens will be sold. |
