How to convert available USDT to BTC

Sometime ago I traded some BTC to USDT which were available in Poloniex and Binance. Now I need to trade them again for BTC. Is this possible to do in same exchanges ? Like in Poloniex and Binance ? Because I don't see a way to sell USDT in any of those exchanges.
Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

for Binance click on BTC then BTC/USDT pair, then sell 
for poloniex there's USDT tab, then usdt/btc

Usually in exchange each trade pair is bidirectional. You can trade forwards and also backwards. There are two sections on left and right. Look at that and you will find the way to trade back.
