This seems like a good pricing and converter website, I am now going to be using this site instead of the others that I've been using, thanks!

Looks like an extra 'u' got inserted into the code somewhere but I'm not seeing it after a quick perusal.

It's on the converter page that the error pops up every time you interact with the calculator and no value appears in the calculated box

We are aware they are offline and not ignored, however their volume is 0 so have no effect on our average whatsoever. We will continue to monitor the situation

Volume is still showing as 0, even though they are back online.

ROI is not a verb, the term you're looking for is 'to break even'.

Any news about including Bitstamp? They are online for days now. Hope you can share some information on this issue. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Thanks for clearing this up on your site: Bitstamp is not included because of "0% fee promotion"

I have noticed the the Exchange Bitfinex is on top of your list, because of the volume. However, the Bitfinex is a pure future trading exchange without any proof that real bitcoins are traded. So the price is a pure paper price, not the price caused by buying and selling the real asset. Can anyone convince me I am wrong? Thanks.

Why is it that Bitcoin Average registers a large spike on the USD, EUR, and CNY average charts just past midnight on the 27th of February where non of the exchanges that deal in these currencies have one?  Granted, there is a huge sudden rise just after 3am on this date, a rise all the major exchanges and Bitcoin Average agree upon, but the exchanges all report a lack of excitement at midnight.

I love this project but unfortunately I've used them less now that google has a btc price tracker on its currency listings (I think they use coinbase).  I need to try to remember to use this site instead because I like what they've done here.

The website has listed okcoin as ignored because of a 0% fee model, but it isn't ignored at all, it is currently listed as the number 2 usd exchange, at 24% of volume. What's up with that?

Now it says (for USD) 237.34.  So I guess I don't thinki it's actually stuck.  I agree with you about this being one of the best for bitcoin price.  I use it in my wallet as well.

Xing Ming.

It's "average" because they compute an average price with weighted components basedon the volume of trading at the various exchanges.  It's right there in the FAQ of the site.  Or in the OP of this thread.  Just read a little.  It's a great service with an open API.

I guess this is sarcastic.  But indeed is is good to see that there's no problem with bitcoinaverage.  I use it as the price tracker in my wallets.
