I get a redirect-loop warning (in google chrome) on the charts page as of early this morning (just now, 27th) when clicking either "Charts" link or the small chart on the main page, when GBP selected and shown as the currency. Not used the site for several days but I normally use the charts.
As above thankyou for pointing this out, my error! As for the charts, we never set out to be a charting site, the API was always our focus. However, we would like to improve them a little. We don't have any intention of developing something like bitcoinwisdom, but what small/basic features are we missing that you would appreciate?

I never did get around to writing my own. I find your api quite useful.

This would be the ONLY chart in the web that can tell the WHOLE price story of the Bitcoin (2010-now). Can't wait to see it!!! https://bitcoinaverage.com/charts.htm#USD-averages-all

I'd like to see that log scale too, if it looks like a straight diagonal line, we are in-the-money!

Thanks! Is it open source? I hope so, it'd be great to have the rules determining the average open source. (sure, they might be straightforward, but still better to see it and share it.) I'd love it if we would all start to see a more representative number all over the place.

Nothing official no, If someone wants to design and give us a price for this please email us (we are purely funded from donations/ads so no huge quotes!). I'm aware its a very basic app/widget but we're bogged down at the moment!

Yes it is, this was our vision since conception, however it seems most of the larger organisations and media like to quote prices from people they are in bed with. Having said that we are receiving more and more requests from investment groups and the like, http://www.falconglobalcapital.com/ are now using our index for their fund. minimalB - We fixed a caching issue that lasted for approx. 2 hours. The error caused missing decimal places for the BTC/EUR market and prevented any trades from taking place in the BTC/EUR market. No money changed hands using the wrong price points. Everything is back to normal and we hope that the next time 1 BTC = 320k EUR, it is not a display error.

Excellent. I hope you're set up to handle heavy traffic and API usage. This is the kind of approach the market needs to stay rational and decentralized.

Yes, this is where our main focus is at the moment, we're redesigning a lot of the code to provide more frequent data updates as well.

Did you guys ever come up with an official android widget? I've got one that uses your api, but I'd switch to your official version if you ever get one.

Unfortunately not, we're working off very little time and funds. We would be interested at certain levels if anyone feels like firing us over a generous quote We could also do with our responsive theme being overhauled mainly for smaller devices, again this is low priority in the scheme of things but willing to outsource this as well.
