try your original bios with straps modification
and see if it performs well
it can be a possibility that one bios may work other may not

make sure compute mode is enabled for the card's driver.

20-21 mh/s is normal with compute mode disabled.

an easy way to do it through registry is to add the below key for each card, where "XXXX" represents the card number:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\XXXX]

Add new DWORD "KMD_EnableInternalLargePage", value 2

What driver version you are using?. Please use the right driver version, you can use Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition Beta for Blockchain Compute. The main rules for bios modding are back up the original bios and mod it.

Try to modify the AMD/ATI video driver to allow higher resolutions and refresh rates using AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher / atikmdag-patcher.

Are you just waiting for an answer for a few days? LoL. Use atikmdag-patcher (Google it for your self). It will allow higher resolutions and refresh rates also will disable driver signature enforcement.

Basically what we need is only disable the AMD video driver card bios check to allow full functionality with the latest drivers combined with modified bios, that's why we are using that patcher. But in some case (some Cards) need to read output to adjust hashrate on mining process, sometimes dummy output it's enough, pixel clock and refresh rate will be correlated with that.

And also check your virtual memory. Since you are using downloaded bios mod, also check your GPU hardware errors (you can use Hwinfo). Modified the original bios of your cards will be safer than using downloaded bios.
