Found a way for new users to sign up for Binance despite it being locked out

Currently Binance isn't allowing new users to sign up, but if you use a referral link it will allow you to sign up. Check my signature below this post for a referral link to see it work

It does give you the screen asking for info.  Anybody tried to fully register?  Hopefully it works for some.  A good exchange and a lot of coins making money there lately.

They said they wont accepting new users like bittrex why would they break their word?
