Buying altcoins with debit card

So give some advice how i get easy buy cryptomoney with money from my card in EU , everywhere i need to pay extra fee 2-5%. At the moment its very important for me. I wish to get more good alts.

debit or credit card process is expensive if you are going to buy much coins.
wire is the best option but not safe as debit-credit card.

Cex.io is the best place I have been buying altcoins and bitcoins with my visa debit card. But you need to be verified account holder. They have currently stop admitting new comers due to huge backlog they want to clear .

You can download the waves wallet on Chrome and use their dex to buy crypto like waves using a debit card. However, the rates are not as good as will get on an exchanges as they mark up the price to take a cut. It is easy though..
