I am looking for very serious and competent blockchain developer to come on board our project (healthcare related)

We are looking to build a dApp on top of the NEO platform and seek a blockchain developer to fulfill the role of developing the blockchain aspect for us.
Our team already consist of developers who can build the POC and frontend so you will just be focusing on the blockchain aspect.

Whether offshore basis or on site does not matter, of course we have to evaluate your capabilities before deciding or allowing to do so

NEO is extremely overvalued and overrated imo. I'm basing this off the following research I've done and the comments from devs who opted to try and code dApps for NEO over ETH. Firstly NEO is extremely centralised; they keep saying they plan to decentralise it, but considering the entire NEO network has gone offline with 0 warning about 5 times now, that's not a good sign.
Also, NEO is always shilled as "government partnerships rumoured" which I find extremely strange considering coins like MAN, WTC, VEN *actually* have government ties... so why are people so hyped on NEO *potentially* receivnig government support?
