Changelly 25 ETH Scam!

What happened::


I sent 25 ETH to Changellys address to convert to BTC. 24hours later, nothing has been received in BTC. But I can see the transaction on etherscan arrived at Changellys address!

It STILL says: "Sending to your wallet" after 12hours +

Baring in mind, I Have paid and it says that my payment is confirmed, and I see my payment successfuly reaching Changelly on etherscan.io

What is going on ?
