Hi
I have a hard time finding a virtual debit card can be funded by
Butcoin or altcoins . Maybe altcoins much better due to the fees
Lately .
U used to use cryptopay but since few months they cany accept
Non euro citizens . Even they closed service for euro as well
Because of their issuence bank asked them.
Neteller not offering the card to non eu as well.

Is there any other service where you can get a virtual debit card
And can be loaded by btc eth lte ..

Thanks.
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Yes, when the state has laws that restrict bitcoin debit CARDS, then these bitcoin debit CARDS will be suspended, and now countries have different policies,

You can try centra card. As posted in their twitter account, centra is not affected because they are using MasterCard. Currently, the order form is opened but not sure about the shipping time.
