End of 2018 bitcoin price

What do you think will be the value of bitcoin in the end of 2018?

I was inspired to create this thread because i was amazed when i saw a previous thread that was created around may and were guessing that the value of bitcoin at the end of the year would be around $6,000, i would also agree on that day that it would be just around $5,000 - $6000 in the end of the year and was also surprise that it reached $20,000 before the year end. So what is your guess? BTC

I don't know what will happen later. but I believe bitcoin will pump in mid 2018. yes the future of bitcoin is always wide open

Probably $30k-50k before the year ends,we shouldnt make any assumptions when it is too far from reality,lets set some short term goals.

Indeed. No can predict what would be the price of bitcoin but there are lot of people who says that the price of bitcoin will become totally expensive like it will reached $30000-$50000. I guess in the end of this year the price of bitcoin will have chance to reached $50000 and I hope it would happen.

Hard to say, I think the price development might slow down a bit, but BTC will not go down unless massive regulation appears.

Maybe 25-35k by the end of the year.

There is always the chance that it just explodes even more and we see 6 figures. 2018 will be an exciting year for crypto, one way or another

I think bitcoin will reach $100,000 before the end of the year that is my prediction.

I think the price is going to rise relatively fast to 20000 to 30000 within the next weeks (or month). After that a lot of long time hodler will sell their BTC due to the fact that BTC became obsolete (time and transaction fees). It is possible that after a certain price level between 20k and 30k is reached a massive correction will come.
Then ether the price keeps low for a very long time (or forever) or enough investors use the low price to invest and the price will go up again.
So my prediction --> BTC <30k at the end of 2018 but it is going to be exciting

Bitcoin has risen sharply in 2017. I believe that bitcoin will increase in 2018. I hope it will increase to 25000$

I think the price is going to be relatively stable until the middle of 2018, maybe minor increases at best. After that, we might see another push similar to last year, which according to my speculation will have us end up somewhere around $25K-$30K.

I agree with you that in 2018 , that bitcoin will be stable and it will allow it to appreciate in Price and value which will cause it to rise between $15k - $50k. Bitcoin may seem unpredictable but for sure it will surely appreciate to the surprise of many people towards the middle of the year 2018.

My guess is 30-50k by the end of 2018 due to last year performance. BTC price prediction was 10k for last year and closed at 13,5K. I believe 2018 is the year of FOMO. We will see extreme cash-flow into cryptocurrencies. More big player join the ride to take blockchain industry to the next level. I have no doubt.

Now for those claiming that bitcoin reached around 20 times its current price from start of 2017 to end of 2017 going from ~1k to 19k and expect the same to happen in 2018, there are a few things to keep in mind..
*For the price of bitcoin to increase there needs to be demand (There needs to be "New/Fresh" money coming in)
Now the growth of crypto in general in 2017 is obviously a great thing but can we expect the same amounts of fresh money to come in this year?
Also the mining difficulty is slightly increasing requiring more hash and miners don't want to mine at a loss so they do tend to pump the price of bitcoin
In my opinion I feel like 50 000 is a reasonable bet, however I would definitely do more research.

expecting bitcoin value before end of 2018 i think ranging from 40,000usd to 50,000usd or up, yes your correct mate bitcoin price in the marketcap hard to predict because suprising the price continue to increasing even if hard more and more trial came from bitcoin the year have many many fork and country want to ban the bitcoin but look at now bitcoin are very strong as digital currency so that amount are not impossible to reach.

I think bitcoin is going to reach $60,000 by the end of the year 2018. There is still high demand of bitcoin about three times over the past which I think may lead bitcoin to double it value at least three times over.

For me bitcoin price prediction for 2018 is extremely difficult. Any entity that increases nearly 20-fold in value in less than 12 months can reasonably be described as being in a bubble. And Bitcoin could encounter several problems in the near future.

While I remain optimistic for long term, I think two consecutive years of 10x growth (that means 100x in 2 years) are extremely unlikely. And the start is certainly not positive. I can only hope that bitcoin remains above $10k and returns to ATH of $20k during 2018. Now even $30k seems to be very difficult to achieve. A solution of scaling problem in the nearest future can change a lot, but in reality it may take a lot of time.

Bitcoin are really strong over the years, and as of now bitcoin are quiet stable and I am still positive that bitcoin can go further. I see bitcoin on its high note and I think it can really hit $50k this year. Be more patient, hold more bitcoin so you can make big profit.
