Won't x11 hashing algorithm make the speed of transactions slower than they should be?

The x11 algorithm allows block mining via GPU or ASICs. The blocks are set for 2.5 minutes.

how can i  solo with NVIDIA GPU.I solo this coin like other coins but always has error like  JSON-RPC call failed: Method not found
