I withdrawed 50k Dodge 3 hours ago and in the section it is still pending.

I this normal at Coinexchange.io?

Any suggestions would help me ... In the terms it says till minutes.

It's not normal, it may better to send a ticket support to the exchange site. i don't think if the doge network gets congestion. but you can try to ask another people that have been also using dogecoin. It may better to get the more answer from the exchange site.

My friend 5 days ago withdraw ETH from etehrdelta with standart gas price.
And today the ETH send to myetherwallet.
But in same day (today), he try to withdraw some token from etherdelta with more gas price (50 gwei).
In few minutes, transaction success.

i think, for now gas price already pump. And my suggestions for you..... be patient and patient. I am sure you doge will be success in next days.
