Hello, everyone. Thought it was only my problem, before I found this thread
Read all you guys wrote here about public wifi etc and about paying a little amount of btc. The thing is, if a registration on this forum was chargable (I mean - not free) there would not be a problem at all. I`ll gladly pay some small amount, because everyone pays. But in this case, we see, that people got charged almost randomly. I can say for myself, didn`t even hear about bitcointalk till yesterday. Don`t use TOR or any stuff like that either. But when I tried to register account I still was charged and got some "evil points". So here I am now, sitting at my friend`s place to chat with people on FREE to register forum. Makes no sence for me.
On the other hand, I understand security and all that, just don`t understand why my non-dynamic, not used in TOR ip got into some blacklist. Sorry for being negative, I got that admins just trying to do their best to make this place safe. May be, I`m just got unlucky.
P.S.As I see It, warning about this situation BEFORE registration won`t be excessive.
