You should ask for help in their thread, ask for help here: ★[ANN] [NAV] NAV COIN - NAVTECH NOW DECENTRALIZED!

I saw comments from some people who had a problem with the wallet

I had some NAVCoin from a few months ago, and sort of forgot about them. Yesterday, I realized that over the past few months, with the rise in price as well as the ongoing staking, i built up a nice little balance. However, as I restarted my computer, the wallet crashed and wouldn't re-open. So I re-installed the latest version of the NAV wallet, replaced my wallet.dat file, downloaded the blockchain, synched the wallet... -and I got it to function eventually, but my balance showed 0. Then I repaired the wallet, and I finally got a balance, but only half of what it was yesterday. I figure half is better than nothing, but is there anything more I can do to restore my full balance?

Thanks you for any thoughts/advice...!

EDIT:
Well, the wallet was 'stable' for the time it took me to write the above post. It just crashed again:

Error: A fatal internal error occurred, see debug.log for details

Back to the beginning, I suppose.... -this is tying....

2nd EDIT:
repeated the process... back with half the balance... -until the next crash i suppose...?

You're not the only one with these kind of problems, post your problem on their thread and look for the developers if it's possible for them to solve your problem.

And I visit their forum but its closed/no threads/discussions.

it looks like it's related to this:

This week we’ve closed the support forum in favour of a knowledge base system, hired the latest addition to the engineering team and we continue to work as hard as ever to publish the content series of explainers about Valence and NavCoin’s new roadmap.
