I now see how you are different from EtherDelta, will there be smart contract involved for TokenExchange? Since users can prioritize the different tokens that he would like to exchange for, how is the rate determined? As crypto is very volatile, how is liquidity ensured so that user doesn't lose out on best price execution.

hi., it is not an exchange. For Token exchange part is to be platform where token holders would swap between each other.
