Stocks.exchange waiting for btc withdrawl for 12 hours.

Iv used stocks.exchange and tried to withdrawl some .btc.

i had to pay a fee of 0.004 btc wich i already think is alot but yea.

Now 12 hours later still no funds added to my wallets also the amount has still not bin sent.

Anyone else is having problems. ?

I made ticket support but no response from developer ... I think there is a problem with stocks.exchange

Stocks.exchange is under suspicion of using the crypto of investors for their own purposes. That is a very bad and unacceptable thing for a big commercial site. The withdrawal of bitcoin also becomes extremely difficult and takes a long time. I think if it continues like this Stocks.exchange will be closed in the near future.

I think have the system problem in the blockchain do not worry it might be having transactions traffic maybe have many more transaction, or what other reason be patience surely if sent it in the right address soon your funds completely arriving.
have same experience last time I transfer the fund came from erc2.0 more than 24 hours before the completely confirm arriving my funds.
