Hello
I am building a rig, and I am choosing between ASUS RX 470 4Gb DDR5 OEM, or EVGA 1060 RTX, the rig will be built with 6 GPU..

Any opinions or suggestion will be appreciated

any of those can be good on mining, however if you will take other considerations like, Handling, coins to be mined, resale value later on, budgets, will be a different story, for sure the RX 470 you would acquire will not be brand new one, so basically, I'll pick 1060's it sure has an advantage on things mention above except budget and pricing considerations.

So the 1060 is able to mine more coins than the 470?? Or is the hashing capacity more in the 1060? Because the price for both brand new is very similar for both GPU's, also the 470 reference is specific for mining.. how can I measure Wich ones will be more profitable?

The 1060s are more versatile and can many more algorithms profitably.  That is not to say AMD cards are bad there is just more options for the 1060 especially if and when ETH goes to PoS.
