I purchased PACCOIN in cryptopia..now it is showing below message. is it mean that they are not going to support this or we need to wait for some time to up back.

this issue is showing for all LTC and DOGE coin based transactions...any one please suggest me

Market Closing
Due to being unable to provide any kind of realistic or accurate ETA on both the DOGE/LTC markets being resumed, we have decided it best to close these base markets at this time. Please close any open orders, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Yeah, the message shows up for ALL LTC and DOGE markets, not just PACCoin.

BTW, if you bought PACcoin on Cryptopia, you fell for a scam. It is very simple:

(1) Some people who want to make money make a fake coin. They collaborate together. A few people in the group own most of the coin.

(2) They make a worthless coin, and get it onto an exchange with very loose acceptance policies (although there are many good coins are Cryptopia, as Oyster Pearl investors know!). The coin fails to get much volume.

(3) One guy puts up a large price, and since the coin has so much supply, it goes all the way up on CMC, and gains a lot of attention from certain types of speculators.

(4) The creators now set a trap: They set a single buy order (they have pretty much all of the supply, remember!) for 1 sat, and sell orders all the way from 2 sats and up.

(5) Now, whoever falls in the trap of buying PACcoin for 2+ satoshis will be paying a premium of BTC for it, and they will NEVER be able to get it back, because you can sell for minimum 50% loss.

The people who created PACcoin are probably laughing their heads off at the scam they pulled. Oh well.

Yeah, some other guy beat me to it.

But honestly, if you did any research on the coin, or even looked at the fact that the only buy order was for 1 satoshi, you would have instantly figured out that it was a scam.

DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON'T JUST BLINDLY INVEST!!!

BTW, if you want to invest in Cryptopia, I recommend *****XtraBytes, SpectreCoin, and OysterPearl**** (maybe wait a little for Oysters, since it went up x10 the last week).

Those coins are real coins, and have real potential. Xtrabytes for instance can revolutionize even Crypto..

My Australian friend bought a million of them due to its recent surge, and he was so excited. He even recommend me to buy PACcoin as soon as possible. However, I decided to pass because I invested in other projects such as LoyalCoin.

As for your statement regarding PACcoin, I can or I can't believe you. Everybody here is entitled to their own opinion, predictions, speculation or so. I respect that.

But hey, you know that when people say that Bitcoin, Ethereum and the likes are scams before, look at them now. Welcome to the scam world then. Cheesy

Well, I think it's pretty obvious - I mean, if you must sell for 50% loss because no one will buy it back for more than 1 satoshi, then that's pretty much a scam.

However, it's OK, since your friend only spend 2 million satoshis (probably?) and so is only losing 1 million satoshis or 160-ish USD. Trivial loss, as long as his other investments are doing good.

I believe PACCOIN is not all bad. This coin is in the market since 2013 under the original name Pacifica Nation's ocial coin. The new development team has good plans for it.

In invested in it through yobit and no issues so far.

I hope it flies Grin

I think the coin is alright and not a scam. But has anyone else had the problem of selling?
The orders are being filled at 1 satoshi constantly, just mine isn't (and I'm selling for 1 satoshi at cryptopia).

If you're selling for 1 satoshi, then aren't you getting scammed...? Not that I care about PACcoin - I'm staying far away...

I also bought this coin on crypto. Quite interesting it seemed to me at first, and they seem to have a good road map.

I purchased PACCOIN in cryptopia..now it is showing below message. is it mean that they are not going to support this or we need to wait for some time to up back.
I am sorry if you were scammed just like people say above. PAC is listed on coinmarketcap and cryptopia is supposed to trade 60% of its volume within the last 24 hours according to their info. If you still can sell the coins, do that immediately not to lose your funds. However, I guess you can't do that now and who knows, maybe these people are not scammers after all, since they've been around for 4 years now and still have no neg trust and even provide updates, like the one below, which can be found in their ANN thread. It explains the message you're talking about:
PACcoin update

On Friday January 5th 2018, exactly one week ago, the enormous demand for PAC caused its main exchange (Cryptopia) to crash.
A bit more information about the last days and a bit more technical information regarding the upcoming coin redemption can be found here:

Doge and Litecoin markets will be disabled by cryptopia.  But PAC can still be traded on BTC Market/cryptopia, Yobit and tradesatoshi They also can be withdrawn and deposted on Cryptopia.
