What happened:: I've open an account on Jan 3rd and sent 0.21611044 ETH on Jan 4, 2018, 12:16:31 AM
Their exchange page does not work so I sent an email to their support. Their first and only answer was i will me answered in 7 to 10 days(Automated reply)
So far, so good so I'd like to withdraw my money while they fix their exchange page problem.

It has been more than 72 hours and I've sent 3 more emails to support. No answer at all.(Not even automated ones).
