Hell there! I know that transfering funds between YOUR coinbase and gdax is free and instand, but I am wondering if it is free and instant if it's my Coinbase and someone else's gdax?

Any withdrawal from GDAX is free.
Any withdrawal from Coinbase that isn't from your Coinbase to YOUR GDAX has to be paid by you.

You can just get your friend's Coinbase/GDAX deposit address and withdrawal (from GDAX) directly on it.

My friend wants to send funds from his Coinbase account to my GDAX account. How much is the fee and how long is the delay?
