Doesn't really matter whether the Twitter bounty gives more stakes than the Signature campaign. This is due to the fact that the bounty pools are separate from each other. Let's say the Twitter bounty has 100,000 tokens to give away, while the Signature campaign has 200,000 tokens to give away, these are entirely separate pools of tokens. So for the Twitter campaign, even if you get many stakes, doesn't mean you'll get many tokens as other people might have more if their follower count is high. As for the Signature campaign, 2 or 3 stakes can be a lot too if there are very few participants. If let's say there are only 100 participants in the Signature campaign and the total number of stakes collected over the campaign is 10,000 and you get 100 stakes. You still get like 2,000 tokens. To conclude, the number of stakes offered by retweeting or by posting in this forum doesn't matter, it depends on how many stakes you have at the end compared to the other participants.
Hope this clarifies.
