Can be found on https://www.etherblue.org/wallet. They have already found a lot of security issues on blockchain and now they have released a wallet of their own. The price will go high.  
If it is going to hit to an exchange, you can expect much higher price. It's only tradeable on etherdelta and coinexchange at the moment.

1. The new blue chrome extension is out. I can only imagine, how much effort it is to develop such a tool from scratch with all the new features, such as a wallet and the analyses of coins.
