i downloaded the adroid blockchain app which i recieved 35.17 btc on. while sitting on my pc i had pair the cellphone with pc account and my wallet showed 0 btc. i downloaded a file with back up wallet but still have no btc on it. tried to contact blockchain support page for past three weeks and nothing. i even opened fb and twitter account to contact the, but now luck. any help would be appreciated thank you!

The identifier doesn't do anything for anyone, unfortunately - that's basically your username to sign into blockchain.info, nothing else. :S We can't help you with that little info. |

The identifier doesn't do anything for anyone, unfortunately - that's basically your username to sign into blockchain.info, nothing else. :S We can't help you with that little info.
That, and since they are using some kind of guid, it's probably for safety reasons (it's harder to find out than someone's email, for example, which are often used as login id)... Avoiding posting your next one on a public forum sounds like a good start not to get hacked. |

How did the BTC get lost if they were not transferred out? What do you mean no transactions were made? Can you post your public address so we can help you? Give us your address so you can check this out. It is highly unlikely that you lost bitcoins if no transactions were made. |

ok so i downloaded blockchain app on my mytouch 4g. after receiving 35.17 btc into my wallet i tryied to pair my phone with the account made on the laptop. after opening th wallet the balance showed 0. i had a file with saved wallet on it and same thing after recovering it shows 0 balance.
this is the curerent identifier 45ba593d-2956-42e0-8863-ea8ee9b147e6 where is no btc.

dude did you tried to import backup file on any other client like electrum?
Your coins are not lost,you lost your wallet i guess due to something .

The problem is you created a wallet on the android app then paired it will a different wallet through the web interface which overwrites the previous wallet details. From the identifier you have posted I believe I have located the previous wallet and have PM'd you the details. Simply login to that wallet online and the coins should be restored. |

Piuk, can you look into the bug I have?
If I create a new address on the site and transfer/sweep everything to it, the mobile wallet only shows the deduction but no the addition back so 0.
If I use an address generated from mobile, it will see it.
