Few questions:

1. Why there are so many active threads about free transaction accelerators?
2. Do you accelerate transaction you have had no control of mining fee?
3. Do you use free accelerator to save money on mining fee?
4. Do you have a control of input private key or output private key or none?

1. Why there are so many active threads about free transaction accelerators?
Since a lot of people like taking advantage of newbies and mostly offer just abuse a free service like viabtc and antpool's accelerator and then beg for tips.

2. Do you accelerate transaction you have had no control of mining fee?
Most people just accidentally send with low fees or cheap out and then want it accelerated. I am someone who's cheaped out a couple of times for transactions (even once for a campaign payment, lol). Although I see a lot of people asking for their hitbtc withdrawal acclerated.

3. Do you do it to lower transaction cost?
Most people only do it when they send it with a low fee. Bit confused by this question.

4. Do you have a control of input private key or output private key or none?
Yep, I usually do.

I have altered my question to "3. Do you use free accelerator to save money on mining fee?". Thank you for your answers.

3. Do you use free accelerator to save money on mining fee?
Some newbies I am sure, probably do use it as they think it makes their transaction go through quicker, although I don't think the accelerators are a suitable replacement to paying a higher transaction fee. I'll go through why below.

The 2 current transaction accelerators that i am 99% sure these newbies are using are the following.

Viabtc's transaction acclerator

and

  Antpool's acclerator

Why these can't replace using a higher fee are the following reasons -

For Viabtc, it only accepts submissions every hour, and being a user of it, the 100 submissions are all done within every first minute of every hour. If you can consistently push through a transaction on the first min of every hour, then sure, cheap out on fees.

For antpool, that is an unlimited transaction accelerator, but the people paying higher fees will have their transaction included in the block first, so that's a no-no for the people with low fees.

Basically, if you send with medium fees and use antpool, should confirm it with next antpool block, no matter what fee you use and acclerate it with viabt, it'll confirm when viabtc mines a block.

At least for now, it's the first second. Tried to get my transfer through for three days, every time putting the input exactly when the clock turns to full hour.

I won't answer other questions since the answers are similar to what "aTriz" stated.

3. Do you use free accelerator to save money on mining fee?
I used to do it once a month, for clearing my "Unspent Outputs" but due to recent events, it's no longer possible.

For Viabtc, it only accepts submissions every hour, and being a user of it, the 100 submissions are all done within every first minute of every hour. If you can consistently push through a transaction on the first min of every hour, then sure, cheap out on fees.
I would like to point out that ViaBTC's free accelerator no longer works (see my post here), you can test the method I mentioned there as well, however their "Paid service" is something I advice in comparison to other paid accelerators (cheaper option): https://vgy.me/keyab4.jpg (had to avail this since the exchange that I used, sent a very low transaction fee and it was urgent)

ChipMixer, are you planning to introduce a similar service (an actual one)?

I'll just add where my answers are different:

2. Do you accelerate transaction you have had no control of mining fee?

This is the only reason I've used it for myself. I do maintain one or two online wallets. Previously, I was moving away from them but with the way the mempool looks, as well as high fees set to be here for a while, I've looked to keep at least one wallet online. It removes the headaches of receiving only daily inputs. Unfortunately, no control over fees can mean that sometimes withdrawals include fees too low. I've turned to accelerators in the past, with success.

3. Do you use free accelerator to save money on mining fee?
No, when they were easily available and working, fees weren't that high anyway. With the way they're all queued up though, you still have to pay a reasonable amount to have a chance of prioritised (talking about antpool).

4. Do you have a control of input private key or output private key or none?
My answer to #2 means I don't. Eventually, everyone will have to use their own wallets where they control private keys... but then we're in trouble if we often have to receive $10 to $50 payments. Looking forward to off-chain settlements!

Right. This may be it. Spam some txids, spam accelerated and you can get ranks for free.

Our fees are fine and chip-funding transaction is not (should not be) a priority for bitcoin network.

ChipMixer, are you planning to introduce a similar service (an actual one)?
No. I think we should set good mining fee and wait for Lightning Network.
