Bitcoin transaction not found

Today some of our btc payments didnt come to our clients. From our side we see:

but there is no this transaction no in blockchain main no in pending transactions...

does anybody encountered this problem?

today some other transactions goes from my address has no confirmations for more then 5 hours.
can please somebody help me to understand this problem?

Try including a fee.

Adding a fee will speed things up in the future. Miners are tough people and will put your transaction off for as long as they feel if you don't pay them for their services.

.005 is what I usually add but that is totally up to you. As long as it is there you should be fine.
