Mining Pool

Hey everyone,
I'm looking for an individual (or group of individuals) who'd like to get some extra income building and maintaining a mining pool for LTC/BTC. It won't be just a "regular pool" and code will have to altered and augmented from the open source software. If you can help me please respond and I will share the crucial details with you. If you are in the NYC area perhaps we could meet up. (satoshi square monday anybody??)

Alternatively, if any current pools are looking to partner, and gain extra income due to incentives we will be implementing for miners let me know.
