How can I get an overpayment refunded by CoinPayments?

Hi

Was sent a payment request to buy some tokens and made some payments to the address, but ended up making an over payment as one of the payments from coinbase was taking a long time to complete and was worried I would miss the deadline for the payment.

All payment s ended up going through now the overpayment is sitting in the CoinPayments address the payments were sent to. How can I get this payment back?

Been looking for support contact details for CoinPayments but can't find a direct contact.

All help much appreciated.
