Dash conversion path of least resistance

Hi does anyone know of any wallets out there that link with paypal or bank accounts that involve Dash?

I get paid in dash and the whole process of converting it to bitcoin then sending it to bitpay then adding it to my bitpay visa is a very costly process in terms of fees
