stocks.exchange issue with deposits?

Good day to all
i am using stocks.exchange for trading with POLIS currency
First deposit yesterday was succesfull and account was credited during 20 minutes, and second- is in status /processing/ during last 12 hours

Yeah , i have more problem for this exchange.
Deposits - 1-2-3 days go to stock.
I withdraw ETH and withdrawal error.
In support say - technical works.

I’ve sent two BTC deposits from two different wallets to no avail. Super irritating since coinsmarkets went down.

I submitted a ticket. Do you have any update?
