How to withdraw Rippex minimal XRP?

Hi there,

for todays price, XRP is 3$, and Rippex keeping 20 XRP in wallets as an reserve summ.
For what reservation? Who keeping, and why i can't use MY MONEY?

Support not answering, in github, same issue. I dont want to loose my 60$.

How to be? Is there any representies?
