Yes there are a few transaction types that cost more to perform (they are listed on the site), but that is out of my control.
There are plenty of options that cost only 5% that you are welcome to use still.

I assume that I can do bitcoin -> moneypak with relative ease?  Right now I've been waiting more than 4 days for a transfer like this and it appears the exchanger has been offline the whole time

This service was so fast that it made my head spin.  Only thing that would make it a perfect, slam-dunk service would be to add some PGP to the communications but man I got what I needed in under 4 hours when some services have taken up to a week.

What offers do you have for euros?

Me paying you in euros? or you paying us?
For you to send me euros I would have to do a little bit of research (although I know western union or moneygram will convert them for us) but I doubt it would be to big of a deal..
For me to pay you in euros shouldn't be an issue at all, I am pretty sure XOOM could help us with that. With a international bank wire that is quick and super cheap (just sent one to the Philippines for only a $8 Fee and the money was their confirmed the same day).
