kingston pc1333 d3 4gb. Will this ram be enough for my mining rig with 16 vb virtual on windows 10???

depends what you got running but normally yes.  I never go below 8 because to go bare minimums to me makes no sense.

I was scared from d3 and not d4
Uf i want to upgrade it to 8 g. An i add one more 4gb stick
Or it should be 8 gb stick    
And im running 2 rx 570 would corsair 750. E enouvh powe supply
