This is wonderful offer but required a high level of integrity and trust. But the level of greed is high among human begins. Try you will get somebody who can work with you.

Such idea is the one that one can built by themselves which is patience. Patience helps a trader not to dive into a burning fire. A trade might be bad but an impatient trader might jump in anyway.

Is there a foreign exchange control in your country?

Can you tell us which country it is?

Can you give us a link to quotations of your country?

I am in South Korea and the difference in price is profitable if someone buy coins in the US and sell Here. and the difference will be divided.
Can we try to crunch some numbers?
What's the selling price of a BTC in KRW?
The exchange rate between dollars and South Korean won?
Is it easy to change the won in USD?

I think the biggest issue is sending over 50k per year out of Korea.

Same topic was discussed here on reddit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMarkets/comments/7ahptd/korean_arbitrage_korbit_bithumb_coinone_coinnest/?st=jc5rgxm5&sh=23e93c85

I think I may have a solution to this, but I'd need to talk with someone who's knowledgeable with Paypal in Korea.
