I made as there described, but nothing happens! Definitely a purse must be enabled all the time?

I think the pos difficulty is not low now. Thus, it is not easy to mine a block by pos if you do not have many coins.

Those numbers don't and never will be identical because of difficulty.

That issue mostly goes away if you use a static difficulty port. It will never be exactly correct however those numbers are merely an estimate. There is nothing for the DEV to fix, not to mention that is pool software that he didn't write giving those numbers.

It's mining pool wallet. Look in to transactions it's sending coins to multiple addresses every hour.

Nah, it does. Here's one of the txids it sent out and you can also see that its current balance is only ~2000, in spite of the 100,000 SGL it's received.
