Dwarfpool change wallets

Anybody have any ideas on getting dwarfpool to transfer my funds to my new wallet?
I check their FAQ and it say they do it.
I have not sent the funds any where they are sitting in my account on dwarfpool.
Anybody from dwarfpool on here?

Dwarfpool contact is really weak. I have same issue i sent mails maybe 4-5 times in a month i get no reply. Their ethereum server down. I will change my rigs to nanopool or somewhere else. I do not recommend you cos of poor service.
