I have two questions. 1) What was the ICO price? and 2) will that token be traded on poloniex?

That's a good way.  Project can sale all coins to Company/Fund, and then they can sale them to public

1. ICO price will be 1000 HYC for 1 ETH. Pre ICO is 1111 HYC for 1 ETH. My price is 1300 HYC for 1 ETH. Hydrocoin is in pre ICO phase.
2. You should ask that question to the founders. Every project wants to be on exchange as soon as possible, right?
