I look forward to see whats going to happen with International orders Or are they still possible? friedcat has designated re-sellers to different regions/countries. so if a buyer is from a place that has a designated re-seller, they should go to that re-seller. I will honor and finish up any outstanding orders and requests, but in the future, buyers should go to their respective designated re-sellers.

Please excuse me for asking this here but I want the recommendations of those that are actually mining, buying mining equipment.
I need BTC, lots of them, so I can make BE buys with Canary. Problem is this will be my first BTC buy ever so I want to deal with the very best among, to my knowledge, not many very good choices. How hard can it be to find a relatively, in crypto-currency terms, established, reliable party to accept my cash or cash equivalents and convert them to BTC in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable fee, exchange rate? I understand that people want to deal in BTC which helps us all by supporting the value of BTC but if you can't reliably buy them you have to mine them; you can't mine them without mining equipment which you buy with BTC. A Catch-22.
If you were going to buy BTC, where would you buy them? Coinbase, Camp BX, ??
Thanks for your input.

You can buy up to $250 worth of BTC a day there if you get verified, which can be done in less than one day. Fees are 7.5% for beginners. Coinbase takes a week for BTC to arrive until you're verified. Fees are 1%.

Have you not always gotten sealed units? From you.. YES From another reseller... NO That's why I came back to you. #1 you matched the price #2 Every single one of the units I have ever purchased from you were factory tamper sticker in place <<#2 is very important trust level to me. As a distributer I felt it was unethical to have units that have been sold as NEW yet the stickers were gone or folded in like maybe they were "TESTED" In the end I just threw down $6200 USD in your hands due to #2 being very important to me.

I've bought from Canary, and I've bought from two other sources. Both of those sources explicitly stated they were testing the units before shipping so it was no surprise to find the seals broken. Nothing untoward as far as I can see. They didn't have the experience at the time of warranty processes and simply wanted to ensure they didn't ship dead product.

For Labels: What about the shipping DATE? USPS requires us to select a date of shipment - can we print a label without knowing when our units will ship?

I asked the same question in PM and Canary told me it wasn't an issue. I sent him a label with a ship date of 8/15.

Nothing untoward as far as I can see. They didn't have the experience at the time of warranty processes and simply wanted to ensure they didn't ship dead product. I only saw btcguild state openly about testing. Btcguild did testing very early on as an added bonus which was great but its not feasible with high volume and they announced that they were stopping testing.. Very open and honest about it. I thought about testing but its unnecessary because resellers receive extra inventory for warranty handling. Technically, they are no longer unused if tested and this would violate eBay/amazon "new" condition for those of you who buy in bulk to resell further. friedcat includes extras for warranty claims. I've had to do warranty replacements and this process is better than testing each unit before shipping...when you buy one of these you want it hashing for YOU ASAP, not anyone else. Now if a reseller is custom branding these, then they have to be opened, but this would be public info.
