They'll probably leave manufacturer at the end of next week and then end up in customs for awhile.

They are saying chips are stuck in customs, but we don't know how many.. Is even any of the group buys part of that?
I doubt they will start shipping soon. They are also coming up with personal excuses which is horrid, since they don't want B2C clients, why would we listen to their personal issues? Be a business, act like a business. Leave personal matters aside.
If they cant deliver on time, refund. Start over, sell when they have stock, whats difficult in that? (problem with that, is that they would actually have to make some losses and live up to some promises, which doesn't seem to be high priority..)

Customs dockets are notoriously easy to deliver proof of, so he should easily be held accountable and provide evidence of this.

And yet he provides no evidence nor anything verifiable. Either:

a) he still thinks he's so high and mighty that we should take whatever he says at face value, or
b) there isn't any evidence to begin with.

Either option is bad. Funny how all that talk he was so full of earlier, in the tune of "business done right", was just that... talk. Money really changes people.
