I tried to deposit some tokens and found that problem on picture. By the way other addresses are available and I guess that problem exist only with erc-20 tokens. I check that site https://ethgasstation.info/ and see Real Time Gas Use parameter does not full load.

Also there is many complains to etherdelta. It  doesn't allow to perform any operations.
